Each rental agency has its own terms and conditions for younger or senior drivers which are outlined in the chart below. A daily surcharge is usual practice for younger (and frequently senior) drivers.  The minimum age for rental is between 18 and 23 and the maximum rental age is from 65, although some agencies do not enforce a maximum rental age:
